EMS: PCB Testing & Inspection
Texcel offers a full range of functional testing services. Facilities include an environmental test chamber, vibration platform and EMC room.
Each board is carefully examined by our dedicated inspection team using AOI and high magnification viewers. We test PCBs to component level and all wiring is fully inspected and tested. Flash testing and earth bonding tests can also be undertaken where required. Our team can conduct complex PPM and DPMO (defects per million opportunities) analysis, so we have relevant information to improve our processes and your products.
In addition to customer approvals, Texcel holds a number of third party approvals, demonstrating the company's ability to achieve and maintain internationally recognised standards.
